I found an old friend today.  Several of them, actually, but this particular one I haven’t seen in something like 12 years, and for the past 3 years, we’ve been living about 10 minutes away from each other… even eating at the same restaurants and not once have we run across each other.  Amazing how that works, isn’t it?  Something as impersonal as a computer can get you connected with people around the world…
