Ponder this

This ticket from the Nokia Theater parking lot has me perplexed. It has a place to write in your parking section so you don’t forget where you parked, yet it instructs you to leave the ticket on your dashboard. So if you write it in and leave it in your car, how does that help you? Do you tear it in half, thereby making the ticket void? It does not have a perforation.
Just thought I’d share. Feel my pain for poorly-constructed items.
